Relative Visits

  • Submit Visit request form as follows:
  1. Visitor first name (mandatory)
  2. Visitor last name (mandatory)
  3. Email (optional)
  4. Phone number (optional)
  5. Plate No (If exists)
  6. Relationship (Family/ friends)
  7. Expected Arrival time
  8. (6 AM – 10 AM)
  9. (10 AM – 2 PM)
  10. (2 PM – 6 PM)
  11. (10 PM -12 AM)
  12. Visitor check in date
  13. Visit type: Single/ family
  14. Choose if he has companions and writes their details?

Manage all Services Visits

  • Submit Visit request form as follows:
  1. Choose service type
  2. Write company (service provider) name
  3. Expected Arrival time
  4. Expected Arrival time
    -(6 AM – 10 AM)
    -(10 AM – 2 PM)
    -(2 PM – 6 PM)
    -(10 PM -12 AM)
  5. Employee name (optional)
  6. Employee Iqama (optional)
  7. Employee email (optional)
  8. Employee (phone number)
  9. Recurring type (No recurrence, daily, weekly) this is the rate/frequency by which the tenant is expecting to be receiving the requested service visit
  • Tenant can choose the number of assistants providing the service.
  • Upon submitting a request, it will be pending approval
  • Once approved the status will be Ongoing.
  • Tenant can cancel a whole service visit but not a single visit.
  • Tenant can view his past and upcoming service visits.
