When creating an account within Bricks App, your contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number, is collected. Also, we collect information about your properties, including the number of units, address, and area. We use this information to provide the highest quality service possible.

Essential rules regarding this information:

  • Don’t share personal information with others, like emails, passwords, and visa information.
  • Never share other tenants’ information without their permission; it’s unethical behavior and makes you lose their trust.
  • Collecting data using unethical methods like robots, hacking, or even manual collection is forbidden.
  • We don’t share personal information with other third parties unless required by country laws. We understand how much you appreciate your privacy and desire not to receive spam calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages, so we don’t sell personal data. We also hope you understand your neighbors’ desires, so keep their data private.

Violating the previous rules may get you permanently banned from Bricks.

Getting started with Bricks

  • When you register with your Google or Facebook account, you provide us with the data provided to these platforms, such as your email, passwords, and profile photos. 
  • Some other data are required, such as your national ID, block, building, floor, and apartment/ facility number.

Data retention

  • As long as your account is active, we retain your personal information to provide you with our services.
  • If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal information.
