Who we are?
Bricks is a property management system that targets property managers and landlords of all sizes.
Bricks PMS allows you to manage residential and commercial properties real estate co. ensuring that tenants receive the most professional and elegant service.
The project is divided into multiple modules that serve multiple departments like leads and sales, Leasing, maintenance and technical services…etc.

2021
Launch
BricksPMS was launched with the basic features for the Residential Property Management Program
Leads Management & Clients Quotations
The leads management and clients quotations were added to BricksPMS. Also generating the Lease order for the client accepted quotations
Tracking Amenities Program
A tracking amenities program was added to capture and manage the amenities. Powerful dashboards were added to the different screens on BricksPMS. Also dynamic reports were added.
2022
E-invoices Generation
BricksPMS supported E-invoices Generation, Units became fully managed over BricksPMS. Also the initial version of Tenant Mobile App was launched to support the tenants communication with compound management teams.
Maintenance Module
Allowing tenants to create maintenance tickets and assign technicians to fix it
Mobile App Launch
The tenant mobile app was launched to facilitate the user experience, and following that, we launched the service provider mobile app in order to facilitate the work of service providers. In addition, we implemented a full security management program covering the creation of visit requests…
Template customization
Tool for contract template customization was added.
Tenants Moving Automation
BricksPMS launched a full automate for Tenants Moving In and Out operations. BricksPMS added Contact Us to support tenants complaints or inquiries. News & Announcements were launched to keep tenants engaged to the community. System Notifications were added to keep all team members updated

Full Automation
A full automation for the visitors controlled by QR barcodes was added.
Dashboards
Dashboards with interactive charts were added.
Online Payments
Online payments are added to facilitate tenants payments.
Marketplace
The Marketplace Module was added.
